Alberhill Ranch is excited to announce a community photo contest. As of July 1, 2017 we will be accepting photos of views, events, basically anything to do with Alberhill Ranch, such as a view from an Alberhill Ranch vantage point or of the Alberhill Ranch Community itself, like children playing in the park, pool, flora and fauna, etc. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of this contest will have their photograph displayed the inside the Alberhill Clubhouse, as part of the clubhouse decor.

The following prizes will be awarded to the winners:

  • 1st Place $250.00
  • 2nd Place $50.00
  • 3rd Place $50.00

A judge will select five of the best entries and then the homeowners of Alberhill will vote on the finalist.

The viewing and voting will coincide with the Grand Opening of the Alberhill Clubhouse on Saturday, August 26, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Votes must be cast in person, the day of the event, limit 1 vote per household. In addition, the Alberhill Ranch Redecorating/Fee Restructuring Committee, in conjunction with KB Homes, will be offering free food and beverages to all Alberhill residents who attend.

Photo Entry Instructions/Requirements:

  1. Photos taken with a camera: The lowest limit is be 300 PPI.
  2. Photos taken with a cell phone should be using no less than an 8MP camera.
  3. Photos must be submitted within the following dates: July 1, 2017 to August 7, 2017, no exceptions.
  4. Submit photos to Management via email to jalegria@keystonepacific.com. Subject line must read “Alberhill Ranch Photo Contest” and please be sure to include your name and property address in the body of the email. Limit 1 photo entry per household. Management will forward the photos to the judge who will then select the 5 finalists.

Thanks to the generosity of KB Homes, who will be providing the majority of the menu, the Alberhill Ranch Redecorating Committee and our HOA Management Company, Keystone, are very excited to show off the Clubhouse’s new look.

In addition to the food and photography contest, we will be passing out rental forms to those who wish to utilize the clubhouse. There are now two types of rentals for the clubhouse: Regularly scheduled 90% Alberhill Ranch Homeowner attendee groups on a weekly, monthly basis or one-time event based rentals for those Alberhill Ranch Homeowners who wish to use it for a baby shower, birthday, etc. The rental fees and rules were changed to make the clubhouse more accessible to homeowners late last year so that our clubhouse could be utilized as a community meeting place as it was originally intended. Members of the Alberhill Ranch Re-decorating/Fee Restructuring Committee will be on hand to explain and answer questions regarding the two different types of rentals and rules, fees, etc.
